Can anyone tell me what some of the best gel spray/wax for black guys to use in hair styling are? I've been told that my hair has a lot of potential but I've always been kind of a hippie until now in terms of my overall interest in it. I have fairly curly hair but its pretty dense so they are not always apparent. I'm thinking curl enhancement of some sort, and I'm in the experimental phase so I'm willing to try a few different kinds and see what works best, so does anyone know of any products to try? Thanks!

The Matrix men's line is great, they have pomades and gels that work great on all hair textures. Also, if you want to try a texturizer (this will loosen the curls) They have tons of different "S-Curls" Or you could do a permanent waving (I don't suggest this) Just stick to gels and pomades, you can also use a gel that has curl activation in it. Luster's has great products for African-American hair, men and women.

My husband uses Let's JAM or Motions Shining Pomade. Usually starts off with really wet hair bc the pomade dries up quickly.
