2. Nature's Miracle...this is a spot and stain remover that is sold for people with pets who go in the house. But it works great for all kinds of spots and stains.

Contact a cleaning service before you do anything else. (The type that clean carpets, or dry cleaners). I had a bad stain in my carpet, and the cleaner said if youwould have called me first I could have gotten it out. Now, you've put different chemicals in and it keeps my chemicals from working the way they should...Still he did a pretty good job. Got more out than I was able to. They have specific chemicals for specific stains and dyes.

OK i work at Wilson's leather so we sell these deep cleansing wipes there that will get anything out and then buff some white shoe polish into the leather.

alcohol dissolves ballpoint ink, and probably won't hurt leather too badly. Might not get it completely back to white again, though.

I just got some advice from a friend on using vodka (yep, VODKA!) to clean out really stubborn stains. If you have some around the house anyway, give it a try. Hope this helps!
